All of our no paint wall decals are die-cut from high grade indoor/outdoor quality vinyl with a matte finish. Our matte finish gives the appearance that the decal has been painted on the wall. The decal is removable, but NOT repositionable once applied. The decal can be applied to any smooth surface and will last for years indoors.
